My jewellery is made of handmade porcelain, where seashells and mussels often recur in the design. It is an intuitive process where the porcelain is vulnerable during the creation and becomes solid and impenetrable after firing it at 1250 degrees. I keep marveling at the quirky character of the material and testing the limits of the possibilities. This leads to elegant and surprisingly wearable jewellery.
